1. Shipping & Delivery

Dispatch & Origin All orders are carefully curated, packed, and shipped directly from our facility in Tokyo, Japan. Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours.

Packaging Standard & Methods We understand the fragility of physical media. Every CD is heavily protected with multi-layered bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy corrugated box. We primarily use Japan Post (EMS / Registered Airmail) with full tracking provided.

Customs & Import Duties International buyers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon delivery.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Returns on Physical Media Due to the nature of physical audio media and copyright protections, we only accept returns for items that remain Brand New, Factory Sealed, and Unopened (including the intact Obi strip). You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If an item arrives physically damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at our expense.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

3. Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

AimDisc respects your privacy. We only collect the personal information necessary to process and fulfill your orders. Your payment information is securely processed by encrypted gateways (PayPal/Stripe) and is never stored on our servers.

By placing an order on AimDisc.com, you agree to our standard terms. All items are authentic Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) releases. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item becomes unavailable.
